“一气周流”理论从气机升降出发,建立了一气化四象的人体气机运行模式,在此模式中,中气为轴,四象为轮,循环运行,生生不息。根据“一气周流”理论,支气管哮喘的主要病机为脾陷胃逆,风邪外受;脾湿胃壅,肺气不降;肾气不温,痰瘀留驻等,中气的盛衰为贯穿疾病的关键因素。临床治疗可从健运脾胃、运土化湿、温肾助阳、祛痰化瘀等方面恢复体内气机流转,“一气周流”则疾病自消。

Based on the theory of"circumfluence at a stretch",the operation mode of human body qi movement is established,in which middle energizer qi is the axis and the four images are the wheels.It runs in a cycle,and is endless.According to the theory of"circumfluence at a stretch",the main pathogenesis of bronchial asthma is the sinking spleen qi and stomach qi ascending counterflow,and external wind pathogen,spleen dampness and stomach stagnation,and lung qi failing to descend,and kidney qi which is not warm,and phlegm retention,etc.The rise and fall of middle energizer qi is the key factor throughout the disease.Clinical treatment can restore the circulation of qi in the body from the aspects of invigorating the spleen and stomach,removing dampness,warming the kidney and nourishing yang,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis.In this way,"circumfluence at a stretch"can lead to recovery from disease.
