扶阳方对脑梗死患者神经功能、中医证候及颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响

The Influence of Yang-Supporting Decoction on Neurological Function and TCM Syndrome and Carotid Intima-Media Thickness of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨扶阳方对脑梗死患者神经功能、中医证候及颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响。方法:将102例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组51例。对照组给予常规西药对症治疗,研究组给予扶阳方治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、斑块面积、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-C reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平、Bstthel指数、改良Rankin评分变化情况。结果:研究组治疗后NIHSS评分、中医证候评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组有效率为94.1%,对照组有效率为74.5%,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后斑块面积、颈动脉内膜中层厚度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后hs-CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组改良Rankin评分高于对照组,Bstthel指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶阳方治疗脑梗死,可改善患者炎性因子水平、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、斑块面积、中医证候情况和神经缺损情况。

Objective:To explore the influence of Yang-Supporting Decoction on neurological function and TCM syndrome and carotid intima-media thickness of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 102 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group was given Yang-Supporting Decoction.The changes of TCM syndrome score,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,carotid intima-media thickness,plaque area,hs-C reactive protein(hs CRP)level,Bstthel index and modified Rankin score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate of the study group was 94.1%,which was higher than that of the control group:74.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The plaque area and carotid intimamedia thickness of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the hs CRP level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the modified Rankin score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the Bstthel index score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of cerebral infarction,Yang-Supporting Decoction can improve the level of inflammatory factors,carotid intimamedia thickness,plaque area,TCM syndrome and nerve defect.
