大黄红藤消炎合剂治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效及对患者淀粉酶及炎症因子的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Dahuang Hongteng Xiaoyan Mixture on Acute Pancreatitis and its Influence on Amylase and Inflammatory Factors

目的:观察大黄红藤消炎合剂治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效及对患者淀粉酶及炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2020年1月本院收治的急性胰腺炎患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用大黄红藤消炎合剂治疗。结果:观察组有效率为94.00%,对照组有效率为78.00%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者各项症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞介素-1β、血清内毒素、降钙素原和可溶性细胞间黏附因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后淀粉酶、白细胞计数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大黄红藤消炎合剂治疗急性胰腺炎,能降低白细胞介素-1β、血清内毒素、降钙素原、可溶性细胞间黏附因子、淀粉酶、白细胞计数。

Objective:To observe the clinical Efficacy of Dahuang Hongteng Xiaoyan Mixture(大黄红藤消炎合剂,DXHTXYM)on acute pancreatitis and its influence on amylase and inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with DXHTXYM on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than that of the control group:78.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The remission time of each symptom in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-1β,serum endotoxin,procalcitonin and soluble intercellular adhesion factor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,amylase and white blood cell count in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of acute pancreatitis,DXHTXYM can reduce IL-1β,serum endotoxin,procalcitonin,soluble intercellular adhesion factor,amylase and leukocyte count.
