棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液与癸酸氟哌啶醇注射液治疗精神分裂症的疗效对比

Paliperidone Palmitate Injection with Comparison of the Efficacy of Haloperidol Decanoate Injectionin the Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的:对比棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液与癸酸氟哌啶醇注射液治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年3月本院收治的138例精神分裂症患者,根据治疗方法将其分为参照组和试验组,各69例。参照组给予癸酸氟哌啶醇注射液治疗,试验组给予棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液治疗。对比两组PANSS、BACS、SDSS评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗7个月后,两组PANSS评分均比治疗前低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7个月后,试验组SDSS评分低于参照组,BACS评分高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液与癸酸氟哌啶醇注射液均可改善精神分裂症患者精神症状,但棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液对患者认知功能、社会功能缺陷改善效果更为明显,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Paliperidone Palmitate Injection with Haloperidol Decanoate Injection in treating schizophrenia.Method:A total of 138 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to March 2020 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,69 cases in each group.The reference group were given Haloperidol Decanoate Injection treatment,the experimental group were Paliperidone Palmitate Injection was treated,PANSS,BACS,SDSS scores and the incidence of incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After 7 months of treatment,PANSS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).After 7 months of treatment,SDSS score in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,BACS score was higher than that in the reference group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paliperidone Palmitate Injection and Haloperidol Decanoate Injection can improve the psychiatric symptoms of patients with schizophrenia,fewer adverse reactions,but the Paliperidone Palmitate Injection is aimed at improvement effect of patients’cognition function and social function,defects are more obvious,it is worth clinical promotion and application.
