少腹逐瘀汤结合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床效果及对血清炎性因子的影响

Effects of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Antibiotics on Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases and Serum Inflammatory Factors

目的:探讨少腹逐瘀汤结合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床效果及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2019年1-12月本院收治的80例盆腔炎性疾病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上结合少腹逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后中医症状积分、下腹部疼痛程度、白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-10(IL-10)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各项中医症状积分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-2与IL-10水平均高于对照组,且TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀汤结合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床效果较好,可明显改善中医症状,缓解下腹部疼痛,改善血清中炎性因子水平进而抑制炎症反应。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 80 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,lower abdominal pain,interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,all traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,visual analog scale(VAS)scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of TNF-αin the observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases has a good clinical effect,it can significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,relieve pain in the lower abdomen,improve the level of inflammatory factors in serum and inhibit inflammatory response.
