摘要
目的:探讨FOCUS-PDCA管理模式对可复用器械集中消毒供应质量管理的影响。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年4月本院消毒供应室未实施FOCUS-PDCA管理的300件消毒器械及各科室100名医护人员作为对照组。另选取2019年4月-2020年4月本院消毒供应室实施FOCUS-PDCA管理的300件消毒器械及各科室100名医护人员作为研究组。比较两组消毒器械清洗、灭菌、包装和发放质量合格情况;比较两组消毒器械丢失率及循环时间;比较两组医护人员对消毒供应室的质量管理的满意情况。结果:研究组消毒器械清洗、灭菌、包装和发放质量合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组消毒器械丢失率低于对照组,消毒器械循环时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组医护人员对质量管理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:FOCUS-PDCA管理模式可优化消毒供应室质量管理,降低消毒器械丢失率及缩短消毒循环时间,提高各科室的满意度。
Objective:To explore the influence of FOCUS-PDCA management mode on the quality management of centralized disinfection supply of reusable devices.Method:A total of 300 pieces of disinfection devices without FOCUS-PDCA management mode in the disinfection supply department of our hospital and 100 medical staff of each department from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the control group.In addition,300 pieces of disinfection devices administered by FOCUS-PDCA management mode in the disinfection supply department of our hospital and 100 medical staff from each department from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the study group.The quality of cleaning,sterilization,packaging and distribution of disinfection devices were compared between the two groups.The loss rate and cycle time of disinfection devices were compared between the two groups.The satisfaction of medical staff on the quality management of disinfection supply department was compared between the two groups.Result:The qualified rates of disinfection devices cleaning,sterilization,packaging and distribution in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The loss rate of disinfection devices in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the circulation time of disinfection devices was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of medical staff to quality management in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:FOCUS-PDCA management mode can optimize the quality management of disinfection supply department,reduce the loss rate of disinfection devices,shorten the disinfection cycle time,and improve the satisfaction of each department.
