政府补贴、市场博弈与乡村绿色发展机制

Government Subsidies,Market Game and Rural Green Development Mechanism

长期以来,我国逐步形成了一种以依靠资源消耗为主的粗放型农业生产方式,导致农药、化肥等产品在农业生产过程中大量被使用,这在很大程度上破坏了农业的生态环境。以产品绿色度为切入点,在消费者剩余和生产者的利润函数基础上,考虑政府补贴、消费者绿色偏好、产品研发与营销等因素,建立农产品生产者与消费者的博弈模型,并求得政府分别补贴生产者与消费者时高绿色度产品与低绿色度产品的最优价格与最优数量。从对绿色农产品市场的微观分析中发现,政府补贴有利于绿色农产品的生产与销售,对乡村的绿色发展具有十分重要的意义。

For a long time,China has gradually formed an extensive agricultural production mode that relies mainly on resource consumption,which has led to the fact that a large amount of modern industrial petrochemical products such as pesticides and fertilizers are widely used in agricultural production,which have greatly damaged the agricultural ecological environment.Taking the product green degree as the entry point,on the basis of the consumer surplus and producer's profit function,considering the factors including government subsidies,consumer green preferences,product development,marketing and so on,this research establishes the game model of agricultural producers and consumers,and finds the optimal price and optimal quantity of high green products and low green products when the government subsidizes producers and consumers respectively.From the micro analysis of the green agricultural products market,it is found that government subsidies are beneficial to the production and sale of green agricultural products,which is of great significance to the green development of rural areas.
