缺血缺氧患儿应用改良早期预警评分联合袋鼠式干预的效果指导

摘要 目的:分析缺血缺氧患儿应用改良早期预警评分联合袋鼠式干预的效果。方法:选取2019年11月-2020年11月本院治疗的缺血缺氧患儿142例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组71例。对照组采用常规干预,研究组采用改良早期预警评分联合袋鼠式干预,比较两组营养疾病发生情况、神经发育情况及转院率、干预评估率、住院时间及出院率。结果:研究组消瘦、贫血、营养不良、发育迟缓等营养疾病发生率为2.83%,低于对照组的18.31%(P<0.05);研究组一般反应、原始反应、主动肌张力、被动肌张力、行为能力及神经发育总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组转院率为1.41%,低于对照组的14.08%(P<0.05);研究组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预评估规范率为97.18%、出院率为98.59%,均高于对照组的81.69%、80.28%(P<0.05)。结论:缺血缺氧患儿采用改良早期预警评分联合袋鼠式干预,能提高工作人员对病情评估的准确性,减少营养不良疾病发生,促进机体神经功能恢复的同时,提高治疗效果。 Objective:To analyze the effect of modified early warning score combined with kangaroo intervention on hypoxic-ischemic neonate.Method:A total of 142 cases of children with hypoxia-ischemia treated in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,according to the order of admission they were divided into the control group and the study group,71 cases in each group.The control group used routine intervention,and the study group used improved early warning score combined with kangaroo intervention,the occurrence of nutritional diseases,neurodevelopmental status and transfer rate,intervention evaluation rate,hospitalization time and discharge rate between two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of wasting,anemia,malnutrition,stunting and other nutritional diseases in the study group was 2.83%,it was less than 18.31%in the control group(P<0.05).The general reaction,original reaction,active muscle tension,passive muscle tension,behavioral ability and total score of nerve development in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of transfer in the study group was 1.41%,it was less than 14.08%in the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The standard rate of intervention evaluation in the study group was 97.18%,and the discharge rate was 98.59%,they were better than 81.68%and 80.28%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hypoxic-ischemic neonate with improved early warning score combined with kangaroo intervention can improve the accuracy of nursing staff’s evaluation of the condition,and reduce the occurrence of malnutrition,promote the recovery of nervous function,and improve the therapeutic effect.
