脑转移瘤与认知功能障碍研究进展

Research Progress of Brain Metastases and Cognitive Dysfunction

脑转移瘤(brain metastases,BM)本身及不同治疗方式均可引起认知功能障碍,通过总结磁共振参数变化情况与认知功能障碍早期变化相关性,从而保护BM患者认知功能。本研究主要就BM患者的治疗、磁共振参数变化、认知功能障碍及干预措施做一综述。

Brain metastases(BM)themselves and different treatment methods can cause cognitive dysfunction,by summarizing the correlation between changes in MRI parameters and early changes in cognitive dysfunction,the cognitive function of BM patients can be protected.This study mainly reviewed the cognitive dysfunction of BM patients with changes in therapeutic MRI parameters and intervention measures.
