中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网在急性心肌梗死中的研究进展

Research Progress of Neutrophil Extracellular Traps in Acute Myocardial Infarction

急性心肌梗死的发病过程与炎症及血栓形成的途径密切相关。中性粒细胞作为炎症反应的主要效应细胞之一,已被证明在许多心血管疾病的病理生理过程中起着重要的作用。尤其是中性粒细胞在炎症的刺激下,可以通过释放中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网,刺激纤维蛋白沉积促进血栓形成,在急性心肌梗死的过程中起着重要的作用。然而,中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网在急性心肌梗死中的作用还未完全阐明。本文将围绕最近的研究,结合中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网在动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用,及其在急性心肌梗死中的作用、对预后的影响、治疗的意义做一综述。

The pathogenesis of acute myocardial infarction is closely related to inflammation and thrombosis.As one of the main effector cells of inflammatory response,neutrophils have been proved to play an important role in the pathophysiological process of many cardiovascular diseases.In particular,neutrophils play an important role in the process of acute myocardial infarction by releasing neutrophil extracellular traps,stimulating fibrin deposition and promoting thrombosis under the stimulation of inflammation.However,the role of neutrophil extracellular traps in acute myocardial infarction has not been fully elucidated.This article focused on the recent research,combined with the role of neutrophil extracellular traps in atherosclerotic plaque,and its role in acute myocardial infarction,the impact on prognosis,and the significance of treatment.
