3级高血压和Hcy、hs-CRP的关系

The Relationship between Grade 3 Hypertension and Hcy and hs-CRP

目的研究3级高血压患者和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)以及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)之间的相关性。方法前瞻性方便选取2019年1月—2020年6月该院接收的高血压患者共180例纳入高血压组,按国家高血压分级标准,将上述高血压患者分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组60例,另选取同期该院60名健康体检者设为对照组,对所有受试者开展收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、hs-CRP以及Hcy水平检测,分析3级高血压患者和hs-CRP以及Hcy水平之间的相关性。结果高血压组的SBP、DBP、hs-CRP以及Hcy水平明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=12.215、9.223、25.194、4.975,P<0.05)。3组的SBP、DBP、hs-CRP以及Hcy水平,差异有统计学意义(F=517.040、228.260、13.870、9.990,P<0.05),其中高血压Ⅲ组最高,其次是高血压Ⅱ组、高血压Ⅰ组。3级高血压与hs-CRP、Hcy水平之间均为正相关关系(r=0.796、0.608,P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP、Hcy水平变化和3级高血压之间有着密切关系,能为临床诊断及评估患者病情提供出有效参考依据,同时对医师制定有关治疗方案也有一定帮助。

Objective To study the correlation between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with grade 3 hypertension.Methods A total of 180 hypertensive patients received in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were prospectively selected into the hypertension group.According to the national hypertension classification standard,the above-mentioned hypertensive patients were divided into groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ,each with its own 60 cases,and another 60 health checkups in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects were tested for systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),hs-CRP and Hcy levels,and analyzed for patients with grade 3 hypertension Correlation with hs-CRP and Hcy levels.Results The levels of SBP,DBP,hs-CRP and Hcy in the hypertension group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.215,9.223,25.194,4.975,P<0.05).The levels of SBP,DBP,hs-CRP and Hcy in the three groups were significantly different,the difference was statistically significant(F=517.040,228.260,13.870,9.990,P<0.05),among which hypertension group Ⅲ was the highest,followed by hypertension group Ⅱ and hypertension groupⅠ.There was a positive correlation between grade 3 hypertension and hs-CRP and Hcy levels(r=0.796,0.608,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close relationship between hs-CRP,Hcy level changes and grade 3 hypertension,which can provide an effective reference basis for clinical diagnosis and assessment of patients'condition,and also help physicians to formulate relevant treatment plans.
