介入治疗联合根治性手术治疗进展期胃癌的效果

The Effect of Interventional Therapy Combined with Radical Surgery in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的探讨介入治疗联合根治性手术治疗进展期胃癌的效果。方法方便选取该院于2017年2月—2018年2月收治的80例进展期胃癌患者作为该次研究的对象,系统随机对患者进行编号,按照奇偶数的不同分为两组,各40例。单一组与联合组患者均接受了根治性手术治疗,而联合组患者在术前接受了动脉介入治疗。比较两组治疗期间并发症发生率、术后病理情况、术后生存期与复发情况。结果联合组介入治疗后,患者临床症状有所好转,组织病理学检查发现38例患者对介入治疗有效。联合组术后1年生存期(95.00%)与2年生存期(80.00%)生存期高于单一组的82.50%、60.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.937、5.068,P<0.05);联合组术后复发率2.50%优于单一组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。联合组治疗期间并发症发生(12.50)%与单一组20.00%相比,差异无统计学意义异(χ^(2)=1.106,P>0.05)。结论对进展期胃癌患者采用介入治疗联合根治性手术治疗能够显著控制病变程度,可以减少患者术后复发的情况,可以延长患者的生存时间,是一种有效且安全的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the effect of interventional therapy combined with radical surgery for advanced gastric cancer.Methods Conveniently selected Eighty patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were the subjects of this study.The patients were randomly numbered and divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers,with 40 cases in each group.Both the single group and the combined group received radical surgery,while the combined group received arterial intervention before surgery.The incidence of complications,postoperative pathology,postoperative survival and recurrence during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After interventional therapy in the combined group,the patients'clinical symptoms improved,and histopathological examination revealed that 38 patients were effective for interventional therapy.The 1-year survival(95.00%)and 2-year survival(80.00%)of the combined group were higher than those of the single group at 82.50% and 60.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.937,5.068,P<0.05);the postoperative recurrence rate of the combined group was 2.50%better than that of the single group 20.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Complications occurred during treatment in the combined group 12.50% compared with 20.00%in the single group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.106,P>0.05).Conclusion Interventional therapy combined with radical surgery for patients with advanced gastric cancer can significantly control the degree of lesions,reduce the recurrence of patients after surgery,and prolong the survival time of patients.It is an effective and safe treatment method.
