硬膜外麻醉技术在无痛分娩过程中的临床应用效果及麻醉结果满意度分析

Clinical Application Effect of Epidural Anesthesia Technique in Painless Delivery and Analysis of Satisfaction with Anesthesia Results

目的探讨将硬膜外麻醉技术用于产妇无痛分娩中的效果及对产妇满意度的影响。方法随机选取2018年1月—2019年12月该院产科接收的100例产妇为研究对象,随机分成两组即治疗组与对照组每组各50例,对照组采取常规自然分娩的方式,治疗组则采取硬膜外麻醉技术的无痛分娩方式,对比两组产妇产程时间、疼痛分级及满意度情况。结果治疗组产妇总产程时间为(341.16±28.89)min,明显较对照组(425.58±34.41)min的总产程时间短,差异有统计学意义(t=13.286,P<0.001);治疗组产妇分娩过程疼痛0级的比例为62.00%,明显高于对照组32.00%的比例,对比差异有统计学意义;治疗组产妇对分娩的总满意率为96.00%,明显高于对照组82.00%的总满意率,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025)。结论针对临床分娩的产妇,将硬膜外麻醉技术应用到无痛分娩过程,可以显著缩短产妇的产程时间,缓解产妇分娩疼痛及提高产妇满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of epidural anesthesia in painless delivery of parturients and its influence on maternal satisfaction.Methods Randomly select 100 cases of parturients received by the obstetric department in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,namely the treatment group and the control group,each with 50 cases.The control group adopted the routine natural delivery method,and the treatment group adopted painless delivery method with epidural anesthesia,to compare the labor time,pain grade and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The total labor time of the treatment group was(341.16±28.89)min,which was significantly shorter than the total labor time of the control group(425.58±34.41)min,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.286,P<0.001);The proportion of mothers in the treatment group with grade 0 pain during delivery was 62.00%,which was significantly higher than the proportion of 32.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant;the total satisfaction rate of the mothers in the treatment group with delivery was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than the total satisfaction rate of 82.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025).Conclusion For the parturients in clinical delivery,the application of epidural anesthesia technology to the painless delivery process can significantly shorten the labor time of the parturient,relieve the pain of the parturient and improve the satisfaction of the parturient.
