护理干预在妊娠期高血压孕产妇临床护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention in Clinical Nursing of Pregnant Women with Hypertension During Pregnancy

目的探究护理干预在妊娠期高血压孕产妇临床护理中效果,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法于2017年3月—2019年2月便利选取98例妊娠期高血压孕产妇作为研究对象,采用抽签法进行随机分组,分为参照组与研究组,每组49例。给予参照组常规护理,给予研究组综合护理干预,对比两组患者的血压情况、心理状态、生活质量与护理满意度。结果研究组护理后的舒张压(93.78±6.48)mmHg、收缩压(121.87±6.65)mmHg均优于参照组的舒张压(99.56±8.39)mmHg、收缩压(129.58±5.46)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=4.382、3.987,P<0.05)。对于护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分、生活质量评分,研究组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于护理满意度,研究组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压孕产妇采用护理干预,有效消除负性情绪,改善生活质量,同时还可有效控制血压,得到患者的满意评价,对患者具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in clinical nursing of pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods 98 cases of pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy from March 2017 to February 2019 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were randomly grouped by lottery and divided into a reference group and a study group,with 49 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The blood pressure,mental state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The diastolic blood pressure(93.78±6.48)mmHg and systolic blood pressure(121.87±6.65)mmHg of the study group after nursing were better than those of the reference group(99.56±8.39)mmHg and systolic blood pressure(129.58±5.46)mmHg,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.382,3.987,P<0.05).The post-care HAMA score,HAMD score,and quality of life score of study group was significantly better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For nursing satisfaction,the study group was significantly better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy can effectively eliminate negative emotions and improve the quality of life.It can also effectively control blood pressure and obtain satisfactory evaluation from patients.It is of great significance to patients.
