细节护理在消化内科护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Detailed Nursing in the Nursing of Digestive Medicine

目的对细节护理在消化内科护理中的应用效果进行分析。方法该次研究便利选取该院2018年3月—2019年4月收治的消化内科患者208例,按照电脑随机法将其分为对照组和实验组,各104例,对照组采用常规化护理措施,实验组在对照组的基础上采取细节护理分析差异性干预后,实验组和对照组患者的护理依从性、护理满意率、患者护理期间并发症发生情况差异。结果实验组不满意1例(0.96%)、综合满意103例(99.04%),对照组不满意9例(8.65%)、综合满意95例(91.35%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.723,P<0.05);实验组不依从2例(1.92%)、综合依从102例(98.08%),对照组不依从15例(14.42%)、综合依从89例(85.58%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.826,P<0.05);实验组和对照组差异性护理后,其临床并发症表现差异明显,实验组呕吐、乏力、便秘、尿失禁、便血、头晕均低于对照组;实验组无明显异常98例(94.23%),对照组无明显异常81例(77.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用细节化护理干预可以提升消化内科患者临床护理依从性,提高患者护理满意率,减少患者的临床不良并发症状如呕吐、乏力、便秘、尿失禁等。

Objective To analyze the application effect of detailed nursing in the nursing of digestive medicine.Methods In this study,208 patients with gastroenterology admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 wereconveniently selected and divided into two groups:control group and experimental group according to the computer randomization method,104 cases in each group,the control group took routine nursing measures,and the experimental group took detailed nursing care on the basis of the control group.After analyzing the differential intervention,the difference in nursing compliance,nursing satisfaction rate,and complications during the patient's nursing period between the experimental group and the control group.Results The experimental group of dissatisfaction of 1 case(0.96%)and 103 cases(99.04%)were comprehensively satisfied,9 cases(8.65%)were dissatisfied in the control group,and 95 cases(91.35%)were comprehensively satisfied,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.723,P<0.05);2 cases of non-compliance in the experimental group(1.92%),102 cases of comprehensive compliance(98.08%),15 cases of non-compliance in the control group(14.42%),89 cases of comprehensive compliance(85.58%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.826,P<0.05);after differential nursing between the experimental group and the control group,the clinical complications were significantly different.The experimental group's vomiting,fatigue,constipation,urinary incontinence,hematochezia,and dizziness were lower than those of the control group;98 cases(94.23%)had no obvious abnormalities in the experimental group,and 81 cases(77.88%)had no obvious abnormalities in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of detailed nursing intervention can improve the compliance of gastroenterology patients with clinical care,improve patient care satisfaction rate,and reduce patients'clinical adverse complications such as vomiting,fatigue,constipation,urinary incontinence,etc.
