负压封闭引流术(VSD)在骨科感染创面治疗中的应用及护理分析

The Application and Nursing Analysis of Negative Pressure Drainage(VSD)in the Treatment of Orthopedic Infection Wounds

目的讨论负压封闭引流术(VSD)在骨科感染创面治疗中的应用及护理效果。方法方便选取厦门医学院附属第二医院骨科2018年1月—2020年6月期间收治的骨科创伤面感染患者120例,随机把患者分成对照组和实验组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用负压封闭引流护理,观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果、术后感染率、疼痛程度、创伤愈合时间和住院时间等指标。结果两组患者的骨科感染创伤面修复都取得了很好的效果,实验组治疗总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的71.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.015,P<0.05);实验组疼痛程度创口愈合时间和住院时间等均显著优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流术在治疗骨科感染创伤面时,能够保持创伤面最大程度的清洁,改善了患者的血液循环,促进创伤面伤口愈合,配合术后护理,有效保证了治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the application and nursing effect of negative pressure drainage(VSD)in the treatment of orthopedic infection wounds.Methods A total of 120 orthopedic trauma patients who were admitted to the department of orthopedics,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from January 2018 to June 2020 were conveniently selected.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 60 in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing care,and the experimental group was treated with negative pressure closed drainage nursing.The treatment effect,postoperative infection rate,pain degree,wound healing time and hospital stay were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The two groups of patients have achieved good results in orthopedic infection wound surface repair,but the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than the 71.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.015,P<0.05).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in pain degree,wound healing time and hospital stay,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure sealing drainage can keep the wound surface as clean as possible in the treatment of orthopedic infection wound surface,improve the patient’s blood circulation,promote wound healing on the wound surface,and match with postoperative care,which can effectively ensure the therapeutic effect.
