摘要
目的糖尿病老年患者胰岛素泵治疗期间动态使用血糖仪辅以健康宣教的效果。方法以该院在2019年1月—2020年3月收治的76例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,通过随机动态双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组给予胰岛素泵治疗,观察组基于对照组给予动态血糖仪监测与健康宣教。对比两组患者治疗前后血糖指标(空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖)、血管内皮功能、胰岛素β细胞分泌功能。结果治疗前两组患者的血糖差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中47.67%的患者为EET阳性,低于对照组的71.05%,且FMD指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的△C30△G30与Homa-β指标高于对照组,Homa-IR指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病老年患者胰岛素泵治疗期间动态使用血糖仪辅以健康宣教,对血管内皮功能与胰岛素β细胞分泌功能的优化效果更好,可缩短患者康复周期。
Objective The effect of dynamic use of blood glucose meter supplemented by health education during insulin pump treatment in elderly diabetic patients.Methods Taking 76 elderly diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 as the study cases,the control group and the observation group were differentiated by random dynamic double-blind method,with 38 cases in each group;the control group was given insulin pump treatment,and the observation group was given dynamic blood glucose monitoring and health education based on the control group;the blood glucose indicators(fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose),vascular endothelial function,and insulinβcell secretion function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);47.67%of the patients in the observation group were EET was positive,which was lower than 71.05%of the control group,and the FMD index was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the△C30△G30 and Homa-βindices of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the Homa-IR index was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic use of blood glucose meters during insulin pump treatment in elderly patients with diabetes,supplemented with health education,has a better optimization effect on vascular endothelial function and insulinβcell secretion function,and can shorten the patient’s recovery cycle.
