2型糖尿病应用格列美脲治疗的疗效及药理分析

Efficacy and Pharmacological Analysis of Glimepiride in Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨分析2型糖尿病应用格列美脲治疗的疗效及药理。方法在2019年1—12月该院收治的2型糖尿病患者中选取58例,随机分两组:一组给予格列美脲治疗,纳入观察组(29例);一组给予格列喹酮治疗,纳入对照组(29例);观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的2 hPG、FPG、HbA1c等指标水平、不良反应。结果两组患者的临床总有效率比较显示观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的2 hPG、FPG、HbA1c等指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后的2 hPG、FPG、HbA1c等指标水平比较显示观察组均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.391、10.901、9.951,P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较显示观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的疗效显著、安全性高。

Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy and pharmacology of glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods From January to December 2019,58 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:one group was treated with glimepiride and included in the observation group(29 cases);the other group was given gliquidone treatment was included in the control group(29 cases);the clinical efficacy,2 hPG,FPG,HbA1c and other indicators before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of the total clinical effective rate of the two groups of patients showed that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of the 2 hPG,FPG,HbA1c and other index levels before treatment between the two groups showed not significant difference(t=3.391,10.901,9.951,P>0.05);the comparison of the 2 hPG,FPG,HbA1c and other index levels after the treatment showed that the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups showed that the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has significant efficacy and high safety,and it is worthy of priority and promotion in clinical practice.
