探析在糖尿病患者中应用胰岛素泵连续皮下注射的临床治疗效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究在糖尿病患者中应用胰岛素泵连续皮下注射的临床治疗效果。方法于2018年7月—2019年6月以该院收治的60例糖尿病患者为对象,30例患者采用胰岛素皮下注射治疗,为参照组;30例患者采用胰岛素泵连续皮下注射治疗,为研究组。对比两组患者的血糖情况、血糖改善有效率。结果研究组患者治疗后的空腹血糖(6.12±0.31)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖(8.09±0.56)mmol/L;参照组患者治疗后空腹血糖是(6.76±0.29)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖(9.18±0.64)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的血糖改善有效率为96.67%,参照组为70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血糖指标达标时间低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者应用胰岛素泵连续皮下注射治疗,可有效控制血糖,缩短血糖控制时间,降低不良反应发生率,治疗效果显著。 Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump in diabetic patients.Methods 60 cases of diabetic patients in the hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected,30 patients were treated with insulin subcutaneous injection,as the reference group,30 patients were treated with insulin pump continuous subcutaneous injection,as the study group,compared the blood glucose situation of the two groups of patients,the effective rate of blood glucose improvement.Results The fasting blood glucose of the study group after treatment was(6.12±0.31)mmol/L,the blood glucose 2 h after the meal was(8.09±0.56)mmol/L;the fasting blood glucose of the reference group was(6.76±0.29)mmol/L,the blood glucose 2 h after meal was(9.18±0.64)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of improving blood glucose in the study group was 96.67%,and that in the reference group was70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to reach the target blood glucose index in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump in diabetic patients can effectively control blood glucose,shorten the time of blood glucose control,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has a significant therapeutic effect.
