常规皮下注射胰岛素(MSⅡ)与胰岛素泵(CSⅡ)治疗2型糖尿病效果及安全性

The Efficacy and Safety of Conventional Subcutaneous Injection of Insulin(MSⅡ)and Insulin Pump(CSⅡ)in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的比较常规皮下注射胰岛素(MSⅡ)与胰岛素泵(CSⅡ)治疗2型糖尿病效果及安全性。方法选取2019年2月—2020年6月期间该院210例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。将患者应用分层区组随机化分组法平均分为对比组和研究组,其中对比组105例,患者进行常规皮下注射胰岛素治疗,研究组105例,采用通过胰岛素泵对患者给予胰岛素进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗情况、血糖水平和不良反应发生情况。结果相比常规皮下注射胰岛素(MSⅡ),研究组患者治疗前后空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖控制情况均明显优于对比组,血酮体转阴和血糖达标用时及胰岛素用量情况明显低于对比组,不良反应发生率明显低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵(CSⅡ)治疗2型糖尿病,能够快速控制患者血糖达标同时降低胰岛素的用量,减少不良反应发生,更具安全性,具有推广意义。

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of conventional subcutaneous insulin injection(MSⅡ)and insulin pump(CSⅡ)in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods From February 2019 to June 2020,210 patients with type 2 diabetes in the hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the comparison group and the study group evenly by the stratified block randomization method.Among them,105 cases in the comparison group were treated with routine subcutaneous insulin injection,and 105 cases in the study group were treated with insulin through an insulin pump.The treatment conditions,blood glucose levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with conventional subcutaneous insulin injection(MSⅡ),the fasting blood glucose before and after treatment and the blood glucose control of 2 h after meal of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group.The time for blood ketones to become negative and blood glucose up to standard and insulin dosage were significantly lower than the comparison group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin pump(CSⅡ)in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can quickly control the patient’s blood glucose to reach the standard while reducing the dosage of insulin,reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions,and being safer,and has promotion significance.
