老年糖尿病患者合并小面积Ⅲ度烧伤的护理干预探讨

Nursing Intervention of Elderly Diabetic Patients with Small-areaⅢDegree Burn

目的探讨分析老年糖尿病患者合并小面积Ⅲ度烧伤的护理干预效果。方法从2018年1月—2019年10月于该院收治的老年糖尿病患者合并小面积Ⅲ度烧伤患者中,选取30例作为研究对象,以此来加强护理干预,并注重创面护理干预和心理护理干预的实施。结果通过护理干预的实施,血糖控制效果显著,患者的配合度、伤口愈合度较高,经过35 d后伤口均愈合,与正常Ⅱ期愈合标准相符。此外并发症尚未出现。结论针对老年糖尿病患者合并小面积Ⅲ度烧伤患者,通过护理干预的实施,可以有效控制患者的血糖,对患者创面的感染率予以控制,确保治愈率的稳步提升,其康复效果显著。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention in elderly diabetic patients with small-area third-degree burns.Methods From January 2018 to October 2019 in the hospital with elderly diabetic patients with smallareaⅢdegree burns,30 cases were selected as research objects to strengthen nursing intervention,and pay attention to wound care intervention and psychology nursing interventions.Results Through the implementation of nursing intervention,the blood glucose control effect was significant,and the patient’s cooperation and wound healing were higher.After 35 d,the wounds healed,which was in line with the normal second-stage healing standard.In addition,complications had not yet appeared.Conclusion For elderly diabetic patients with small-areaⅢdegree burns,the implementation of nursing intervention can effectively control the patient’s blood glucose,control the infection rate of the patient’s wound,and ensure a steady increase in the cure rate.The rehabilitation effect is significant.
