GDM患者应用针对性护理对血糖、母婴结局的价值研究

Study on the Value of Targeted Nursing for Patients with GDM on Blood Glucose and Maternal and Infant Outcomes

目的探讨对GDM(妊娠糖尿病)患者实施针对性护理对其血糖以及母婴结局的影响。方法选取2017年10月—2019年10月期间收治的100例GDM患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=50)护理方式为常规护理,观察组(n=50)护理方式为针对性护理,分析护理前后血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)、妊娠结局、围产儿结局以及并发症发生率。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、妊娠结局(早产4.00%、羊水过多4.00%、胎儿窘迫2.00%、妊娠高血压2.00%、剖宫产34.00%)概率、围产儿结局(窒息4.00%、巨大儿6.00%、低血糖4.00%以及高胆红素血症20.00%)概率以及并发症发生率4.00%与对照组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者实施针对性护理效果较好,可有效改善血糖水平、妊娠结局以及围产儿结局,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of targeted care for patients with GDM(gestational diabetes)on their blood glucose and maternal and infant outcomes.Methods A total of 100 patients with GDM admitted from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=50)was treated as routine care,and the observation group(n=50)was treated as routine care.For targeted care,the blood glu-cose level(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose),pregnancy outcome,perinatal outcome and complication rate were analyzed before and after nursing.Results Observation group’s fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,pregnancy outcome(premature delivery 4.00%,polyhydramnios 4.00%,fetal distress 2.00%,pregnancy hypertension 2.00%,cesarean section 34.00%),perinatal outcome(asphyxia 4.00%,macrosomia 6.00%,hypoglycemia 4.00%and hyperbilirubinemia 20.00%)and complication rate 4.00%were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of targeted care for patients with gestational diabetes is better,which can effectively improve blood glucose levels,pregnancy outcomes and perinatal outcomes,and reduce the incidence of complications.
