分析阳和汤治疗早期糖尿病足的临床价值

Analysis of the Clinical Value of Yanghe Decoction in Treating Early Diabetic Foot

目的分析在早期糖尿病足患者的临床治疗中应用阳和汤治疗的临床效果。方法于2018年8月—2020年8月经该院确诊的糖尿病足早期患者中随机抽取60例作为观察对象,经抽签法将其平均分为观察组(30例)和常规组(30例)。常规组采取常规西药治疗,观察组则在此基础上施加阳和汤治疗,对比分析两组患者经治疗后的临床效果以及治疗前后的神经传导速度。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的神经传导速度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的神经传导速度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阳和汤浴足应用于早期糖尿病足患者的常规治疗当中可提升患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的神经传导功能,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yanghe Decoction in the clinical treatment of early diabetic foot patients.Methods From August 2018 to August 2020,60 early diabetic foot patients diagnosed in the hospital were randomly selected as observation objects,and they were divided into observation group(30 cases)and routine group(30 cases)by lottery method.The routine group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yanghe Decoction on this basis.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients after treatment and the nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nerve conduction velocity difference between the two groups of patients before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the nerve conduction velocity was significantly higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Yanghe Decoction for bathing feet in the routine treatment of early diabetic foot patients can enhance the clinical treatment effect and improve the nerve conduction function of patients.The clinical application value is high and it is worthy of promotion.
