无人机倾斜摄影测量在不动产测量中的精度分析及验证 被引量:8

摘要 本文以某市不动产测量项目为例,对倾斜摄影测量在不动产测量应用中的精度影响因素、注意事项、精度分析及验证等做了详细描述。通过与实地测量的界址点点位坐标、界址点边长进行比较得出其界址点点位中误差、边长中误差均满足《地籍调查规程》TD/T 1001-2012、《测绘成果质量检查与验收》GB/T 24356-2009等相关规范要求。本次试点对于验证倾斜摄影测量在不动产测量项目中的实际应用具有现实意义。 Taking a real estate survey project of a city as an example,this paper gives a detailed description of the accuracy influencing factors,precautions,accuracy analysis and verification of tilt photogrammetry in the application of real estate survey.By comparing with the coordinates and side length of boundary point in field survey,it is concluded that the mean square error of boundary point and side length meet the requirements of cadastral survey regulations(TD/T1001-2012),quality inspection and acceptance of Surveying and mapping results(GB/T 24356-2009)and other relevant specifications.This pilot project has practical significance for verifying the practical application of tilt photogrammetry in real estate measurement projects.
