妊娠合并布鲁菌病患者的治疗

摘要 目的分析1例妊娠合并布鲁菌病患者的治疗效果。方法选择2018年9月1例来当地医院接受疾病治疗的妊娠合并布鲁菌病患者为研究对象。经诊断,患者确定为此类疾病。受试者于产后第5日转回到该院继续接受治疗,对其使用庆大霉素+强力霉素方案治疗疾病。同时配合具有活血化瘀、扶正固本、祛风胜湿以及蠲痹通络的中药治疗,时间为2周。结果受试者产后经治疗14 d好转出院,对其开展定期随访。患者病情稳定,可以正常下地行走、新生儿健康。结论布鲁氏菌病在多个国家广泛流行。妊娠合并布病的案例较为少见。针对于此类疾病患者来讲,应择取针对性、安全性强的方法治疗,同时也要兼顾患者体内胎儿情况,建议患者免娩出新生儿后人工喂养,且患者在产后及时接受针对性治疗。 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of a pregnant patient with brucellosis.Methods A patient with brucellosis in pregnancy who came to the local hospital for treatment of the disease in September 2018 was selected as the research object.After diagnosis,the patient was determined to have such diseases.The subject was transferred back to the hospital on the 5th day after delivery to continue treatment,and it was planned to use a gentamicin+doxycycline regimen to treat the disease.At the same time,it cooperated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment with the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,strengthening the body,dispelling wind and dampness,and dredging collaterals.The duration was 2 weeks.Results The subject improved after 14 d of treatment and was discharged from the hospital,and was followed up regularly.The patient was in stable condition,could walk normally,and the newborn was healthy.Conclusion Brucellosis is widespread in many countries.The cases of pregnancy with brucellosis are relatively rare.For patients with such diseases,a targeted and safe method should be selected for treatment.At the same time,the condition of the fetus in the patient should be taken into account.It is recommended that the patient avoid artificial feeding after the newborn is delivered,and the patient should receive targeted treatment in time after delivery.
