全凭静脉与静吸复合麻醉于口腔颌面肿瘤根治术中效果研究

The Effect of Combined Intravenous and Intravenous Inhalation Anesthesia in Radical Resection of Oral and Maxillofacial Tumors

目的研究静吸复合麻醉在口腔颌面肿瘤根治术同期皮瓣修复术中的应用效果。方法方便选取2017年1月—2019年7月在该院接受口腔颌面肿瘤根治手术同期皮瓣修复手术患者60例,根据入院先后顺序,将患者平局分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,比较静吸复合麻醉方法与全凭静脉麻醉方法的差异。结果观察组患者手术后麻醉苏醒时间和定向力恢复时间均较对照组更短(P<0.05);观察组总不良反应发生率为3.33%,总满意度为90.00%,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706、7.200,P<0.05)。结论虽然与全凭静脉麻醉方法相比,静吸复合麻醉在手术治疗中应用期间的各项指标与对照组差异不明显,但是患者在手术后的恢复阶段无论是术后苏醒时间还是术后不良反应发生率均较好,整体效果更优。

Objective To study the application effect of combined anesthesia with intravenous inhalation in radical resection of oral and maxillofacial tumors during simultaneous skin flap repair.Methods From January 2017 to July 2019,conveniently selected 60 patients underwent oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery and flap repair surgery in the hospital at the same time.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with the number of each group,with were 30 cases in each group.Compared the difference between the intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia method and the total intravenous anesthesia method.Results The time to wake up from anesthesia and the recovery time of orientation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of total adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,and the total satisfaction rate was 90.00%,which were better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,7.200,P<0.05).Conclusion Although compared with total intravenous anesthesia,the indicators of intravenous combined anesthesia during surgical treatment are not significantly different from those in the control group,but the patient's recovery period after surgery is either in the postoperative recovery time or the postoperative period.The incidence of adverse reactions is relatively good,the overall effect is better.
