小切口挂浮线引流术在高位肛周脓肿治疗中的应用研究

Application of Small Incision and Floating Thread Drainage in the Treatment of High Perianal Abscess

目的探析小切口挂浮线引流术在高位肛周脓肿治疗中应用效果。方法方便选取2016年1月—2020年1月该院肛肠外科接治的50例高位肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,基于乱数表法分成研究组和常规组,每组25例。常规组采取单纯多切口引流术,研究组采取小切口挂浮线引流术,对比分析两组术后疼痛度、术后创面愈合时间及术后肛门功能,并评估总疗效。结果研究组术后第3天、第7天疼痛度分别为(1.31±0.70)分、(0.47±0.20)分,分别低于常规组的(1.95±0.66)分、(1.09±0.34)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.326、7.859,P<0.05);术后创面愈合时间为(30.10±2.21)d,短于常规组的(33.07±2.10)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.871,P<0.05),术后3个月肛门功能分别为(0.04±0.01)级、(0.05±0.03)级,相比差异无统计学意义(t=1.581,P>0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为100.0%,常规组为96.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小切口挂浮线引流术治疗高位肛周脓肿的临床效果与常规引流术基本一致,但前者术后疼痛轻,术后创面愈合时间短。

Objective To explore the effect of small incision and floating thread drainage in the treatment of high perianal abscess.Methods From January 2016 to January 2020,50 patients with high perianal abscesses treated in the hospital's anorectal surgery were conveniently selected as the research objects.Based on the random number table method,they were divided into a study group and a routine group,with 25 cases in each group;the routine group was simple multi-incision drainage,the study group adopted small incision and floating thread drainage.The two groups were compared and analyzed for postoperative pain,postoperative wound healing time and postoperative anal function,and evaluated the total efficacy.Results The pain levels of the study group were(1.31±0.70)points and(0.47±0.20)points respectively on the 3rd and 7th day after operation,which were lower than the(1.95±0.66)points and(1.09±0.34)points of the conventional group,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.326,7.859,P<0.05);postoperative wound healing time was(30.10±2.21)d,shorter than the routine group(33.07±2.10)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.871,P<0.05),and the anal function was(0.04±0.01)grade after 3 months,(0.05±0.03)grade,there was no statistically significant difference(t=1.581,P>0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 100.0%,the conventional group was 96.0%,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of small incision and floating thread drainage in the treatment of high perianal abscess is basically the same as that of conventional drainage,but the former has less postoperative pain and short postoperative wound healing time.
