热牙胶根管充填治疗牙髓病和根尖周病的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Hot Gutta-percha Root Canal Filling in the Treatment of Pulp Disease and Periapical Disease

目的探析牙髓病和根尖周病患者应用热牙胶根管充填治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2018年1月—2019年12月期间收治的102例牙髓病与根尖周病患者进行分组,分组方法为随机数表法,对照组51例,实验组51例。对照组患者给予冷牙胶侧方加压充填治疗,实验组患者给予热牙胶根管充填治疗,比较分析两组根管充填效果、治疗效果、根管充填时间及不良反应发生率。结果针对根管充填效果来说,实验组优良率为94.12%,对照组为80.39%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。对于治疗效果来说,实验组总有效率为96.08%,对照组为82.35%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.993,P<0.05)。实验组根管充填时间为(80.23±12.21)s,较对照组(186.63±18.52)s明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(t=34.250,P<0.05)。针对不良反应而言,实验组发生率为3.92%,对照组为5.88%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论牙髓病和根尖周病患者应用热牙胶根管充填治疗的临床效果更加确切,不仅可以提高根管充填优良率,还可以缩短根管充填时间,且不会明显增加不良反应,值得临床深入研究与推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hot gutta-percha root canal filling treatment in patients with pulp disease and periapical disease.Methods conveniently selected 102 patients with endodontic and periapical disease admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into two groups.The grouping method was random number table method.There were 51 cases in the control group and 51 cases in the experimental group.Patients in the control group were treated with cold gutta-percha lateral pressure filling treatment,and patients in the experimental group were treated with hot gutta-percha root canal filling treatment.The effect of root canal filling,treatment effect,root canal filling time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results For the effect of root canal filling,the excellent and good rate was 94.12%in the experimental group and 80.39%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).For the treatment effect,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.08%,and that of the control group was 82.35%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.993,P<0.05).The root canal filling time of the experimental group was(80.23±12.21)s,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group(186.63±18.52)s,the difference was statistically significant(t=34.250,P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,the incidence rate of the experimental group was 3.92%and that of the control group was 5.88%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of hot gutta-percha root canal filling treatment for patients with pulp disease and periapical disease is more accurate.It can not only improve the excellent and good rate of root canal filling,but also shorten the time of root canal filling without significantly increasing adverse reactions.It is worthwhile deep clinical research and promotion and application.
