心理护理干预用于急性闭角型青光眼护理效果

The Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention for Acute Angle-closure Glaucoma

目的探讨心理护理干预在护理急性闭角型青光眼患者中的价值。方法于2018年1月—2019年9月录入该院数据库中便利选取急性闭角型青光眼患者的基本资料60例作为实验样本,按照随机均分法将患者基本资料分为对照组(n=30)与实验组(n=30)。对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者实施心理护理干预。将两组患者的并发症发生率、护理满意评分、心理状态等指标进行对比。结果对照组患者并发症发生率为26.67%,相较于实验组患者的6.67%明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038)。护理后,实验组护理满意度评分高于对照组,实验组患者的VAS评分相较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=17.004、15.987,P<0.05)。结论对于急性闭角型青光眼患者应用心理护理干预有助于降低并发症发生率,缩短患者的护理满意评分,对于改善患者的心理状态效果优良,具有较高的可用价值,可以在临床中应用和实践。

Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing intervention in nursing patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma.Methods From January 2018 to September 2019,conveniently selected the basic data of 60 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma in the database of the hospital were entered as experimental samples,and the basic data of the patients were divided into a control group(n=30)and an experimental group(n=30)according to the random equalization method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and patients in the experimental group received psychological nursing intervention.The complication rate,nursing satisfaction score,mental state and other indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The complication rate of the control group was 26.67%,which was significantly higher than the 6.67% of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038).After nursing,the nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.004,15.987,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention for patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma can help reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the patient’s nursing satisfaction score.It has an excellent effect on improving the mental state of patients and has high useful value.It can be used in clinical applications and practice.
