超声多模式技术在鉴别诊断甲状腺结节良恶性中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨超声多模式技术在鉴别诊断甲状腺结节良恶性中的应用价值。方法便利抽取2019年1月—2020年1月在该院接受治疗的甲状腺结节患者88例为研究对象,对所有患者行普通超声、超声弹性成像、超声多模式技术检测,以诊断结果为金标准,对比不同检查模式的诊断效果。结果普通超声检测结果显示,真阳患者为26例,真阴患者为23例,诊断结果准确性为55.68%,普通超声+弹性成像检测结果显示,真阳患者为31例,真阴患者为32例,诊断结果准确性为71.59%,超声多模式技术检测结果显示,真阳为42例,真阴为45例,诊断结果准确性为98.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=25.781,P<0.05)。结论超声多模式技术在鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性中有重要作用,能够提高诊断结果的准确性,为临床提供更加有价值的治疗依据。 Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound multi-mode technology in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 88 patients with thyroid nodules who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects.All patients were tested by ordinary ultrasound,ultrasound elastography,and ultrasound multi-mode technology,and the diagnosis result was the gold standard,compare the diagnostic effects of different inspection modes.Results The results of ordinary ultrasound showed that there were 26 patients with true yang and 23 patients with true YIN.The diagnostic accuracy was 55.68%.The results of ordinary ultrasound+elastography showed that there were 31 patients with true YANG and 32 patients with true YIN.For example,the accuracy of the diagnosis result was 71.59%.The ultrasonic multi-mode technology test result showed that 42 cases were true YANG and 45 cases were true YIN.The accuracy of the diagnosis results was 98.86%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=25.781,P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound multi-mode technology plays an important role in the identification of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.It can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis and provide a more valuable clinical basis for treatment.
