国内发展循证护理实践的必要性探析

Analysis on the Necessity of Developing Evidence-based Nursing Practice in China

随着社会与护理专业的发展,经验指导式护理已不能适应新形势下的护理需求,新需求呼唤新发展,循证护理实践因其可以指导护理实践,使其科学化,并推动护理发展的优势已成为未来护理实践的必然趋势。因此在全球循证护理迅猛发展与我国需求迫切的大背景下,在国内临床实践中应用循证护理即弥补证据和实践之间的差距是十分必要的。该文旨在通过总结归纳国内外文献,介绍循证护理相关概念及开展循证护理实践的阻碍;强调在我国实行循证实践的必要性,为循证护理实践在国内的进一步规范化开展提供依据。

With the development of society and nursing profession,experience-guided nursing can no longer adapt to the needs of nursing under the new situation.New needs call for new development.Evidence-based nursing practice can guide nursing practice,make it scientific,and promote the advantages of nursing development,have become an inevitable trend in future nursing practice.Therefore,in the context of the rapid development of evidence-based nursing in the world and the urgent needs of our country,it is very necessary to apply evidence-based nursing in domestic clinical practice to bridge the gap between evidence and practice.This article aims to summarize the domestic and foreign literature,introduce the related concepts of evidence-based nursing and the obstacles to the development of evidence-based nursing practice;emphasize the necessity of implementing evidence-based practice in our country,and provide a basis for the further standardized development of evidence-based nursing practice in China.
