Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,the development of micro guaranteed loan has become a work that keeps pace with the times,has both practical and application value,and is constantly promoted and adjusted.Based on the background of the coexistence of"threats and opportunities",this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current development of micro guaranteed loans in Henan Province,analyzes the existing problems from the current situation,and then gives a specific optimization path for the development of micro guaranteed loans in Henan Province under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,so as to make it sustainable and stable development in different economic environments.
