摘要
论文以青海省为例,通过分析金融消费者投诉集中领域、投诉主体特征,结合2019年金融消费者素养问卷调查结果,对照当前金融消费者教育的方向及效果,重点检查当前不同类别金融消费者的风险意识薄弱环节及金融消费者教育措施的不足与偏差,有针对性地提出适用于不同人群的金融消费者教育方向及模式建议。
Taking Qinghai Province as an example,this paper analyzes the concentrated areas of financial consumer complaints and the characteristics of the main body of complaints,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey on financial consumer literacy in 2019,and compared with the direction and effect of current financial consumer education,focuses on the weak links of risk awareness of different types of financial consumers and the deficiencies and deviations of financial consumer education measures,and specifically puts forward some suggestions on the financial consumer education directions and modes applicable to different groups of people.
