宋代早稻若干问题探讨

Discussion on Early Rice in Song Dynasty

早稻在宋代发展迅速,学界对此研究颇多,但亦有若干问题尚未完全阐明,本文主要就宋代早稻的内涵、分布状况及何时兴起这三个问题进行探讨,以廓清认识。研究认为,宋代早稻大致涵盖现代的早稻及早、中熟中稻。南宋时,早稻以江东、江西、浙东、荆湖南部占比最高,福建、广南、淮南次之,而浙西、荆湖北部及川峡四路较低。在长江流域,早稻的兴起始于唐末,或与占城稻的传入有关。

Early rice developed rapidly in the Song Dynasty.There are many academic studies on this,but there are still some issues that have not been fully clarified.This article mainly discusses the connotation,distribution and time of emergence of early rice in the Song Dynasty to clarify the understanding.According to research,early rice in Song Dynasty roughly covers modern early rice,early and mid-mature varieties of medium rice.In the Southern Song Dynasty,the proportion of early rice was higher in Jiangdong,Jiangxi,Zhedong,and southern Jinghu,followed by Fujian,Guangnan,and Huainan,while western Zhejiang,northern Jinghu and Chuanxia had the lower proportions.In the Yangtze River Basin,the rise of early rice began in the late Tang Dynasty,or it was related to the introduction of the Champa rice.
