固有淋巴样细胞(ILCs)属于先天性免疫细胞,在人体次级淋巴器官发生、组织重塑、免疫和炎症中发挥作用。ILCs分布在淋巴组织、非淋巴组织中,对自身、微生物或环境刺激迅速做出反应,促进免疫应答并维持稳态。ILCs包含多种亚群,其中自然杀伤细胞被最早发现并大量研究。

Innate lymphoid cells(ILCs)are innate immune cells that play a role in secondary lymphatic development,tissue remodeling,inflammation and immunity in the human body.ILCs are distributed in lymphoid organs and non-lymphoid tissues,and can rapidly respond to host,microbial or environmental stimuli and maintain immune or tissue homeostasis.ILCs contain different subgroups,of which natural killer cells were first discovered and described here in detail.
