摘要
传染性皮下及造血组织坏死病毒(IHHNV)是危害对虾养殖产业的重要病原之一,其分布广泛,危害性大,感染性强,给对虾养殖造成巨大的经济损失。IHHNV对宿主的致病性与宿主的年龄、大小密切相关。本文通过人工投喂的方式对健康南美白对虾仔虾进行室内感染实验,运用普通PCR、荧光定量PCR检测IHHNV感染情况及病毒载量,结果表明仔虾能够通过人工投喂的方式感染IHHNV,且IHHNV感染率为43.3%,病毒载量最高为28.7 copies·μg-1 DNA,此实验结果可为南美白对虾人工养殖中IHHNV的有效防治提供理论依据。
Infectious hypodermic and hematopoietic tissue necrosis virus(IHHNV)is one of the important pathogens that harm the shrimp aquaculture industry.It is widely distributed,harmful,and highly infectious,causing huge economic losses to shrimp aquaculture.The pathogenicity of IHHNV is closely related to the age and size of the host.In this paper,we conducted IHHNV infection experiments on healthy Penaeus vannamei post larvae by artificial feeding,IHHNV infection and viral load were detected using ordinary PCR and fluorescence quantitative PCR.The results showed that the post larvae of Penaeus vannamei can be infected with IHHNV by artificial feeding,and the infection rate of IHHNV is 43.3%,and the maximum viral load is 28.7 copies·μg-1 DNA.The results of this experiment provide a theoretical basis for the effective prevention and control of IHHNV in artificial culture of Penaeus vannamei.
