摘要
规范激活模型是预测利他行为的重要理论,游客与地方之间的情感作为游客环境负责行为密切相关的因素,将人地情感因素纳入规范激活模型,一个解释和预测游客环境负责行为的游客环境负责行为NAM整合模型得以构建。针对福州森林公园的309名游客样本的实证研究显示:1)建构的游客环境负责行为NAM整合模型解释与预测适配度指标良好,且模型具有复核效化的稳定性;2)地方依赖感对人地情感的作用效果最为显著,其次是地方认同感、根深蒂固感和地方熟悉感;3)人地情感对责任归属的影响高于对结果意识的影响;4)结果意识对个体规范的作用效果高于责任归属;5)人地情感可以通过结果意识和责任归属的作用影响个体规范,进而产生环境负责行为。综上,为促进游客在森林公园出游过程中环境负责行为的发生,可提供游客能够产生情感共鸣的产品,让游客对公园产生情感依赖,同时强化破坏环境而产生严重后果的宣传教育,以激发游客的环境负责行为。
The norm activation model is an important theory for predicting altruistic behavior.The emotions between tourists and places are closely related to the environmentally responsible behavior of tourists.The human-place emotion factors are incorporated into the norm activation model,the NAM integrated model that explains and predicts the environmentally responsible behavior of tourists of environmentally responsible behavior was constructed.An empirical study on a sample of 309 tourists from Fuzhou Forest Park shows that:1)The NAM integrated model of tourist environmental responsibility behaviors constructed has good interpretation and prediction adaptability indicators,and the model has the stability of rechecking effectiveness.2)The effect of place dependence for human-place emotion is the most significant,followed by the place identify,place rootedness and place familiarity.3)human-place emotion has a higher impact on responsibility ascription than on consequence awareness.4)Consequence awareness has a higher effect on personal norm than responsibility ascription.5)Human-place emotion can influence personal norm through the effect of consequence awareness and responsibility ascription,and then produce environmentally responsible behaviors.To sum up,in order to promote the occurrence of environmentally responsible behaviors of tourists in the forest park,products that can generate emotional resonance should be provided to tourists,so that tourists could become emotionally dependent on the park,and at the same time strengthen the publicity and education of serious consequences that might damage the environment,so as to stimulate environmentally responsible behavior of tourists.
