摘要
以水曲柳、蒙桑、桃叶卫矛和黄檗幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽称重控水法,研究不同干旱胁迫强度对4种植物的形态生长、抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的影响,并通过隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:干旱胁迫显著抑制了水曲柳和黄檗的形态生长,且MDA含量迅速增加,但对蒙桑和桃叶卫矛的形态生长、MDA含量影响较小。受干旱胁迫的影响,蒙桑和桃叶卫矛的脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量与对照相比均显著升高,水曲柳的可溶性蛋白含量、黄檗的脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均出现不同程度降低;SOD、POD和CAT活性变化趋势不一致。运用隶属函数法对4种园林植物的抗旱能力进行综合评定,抗旱性依次为蒙桑>桃叶卫矛>水曲柳>黄檗。
The effects of different drought stress intensities on morphological growth,antioxidant enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment substance content of Fraxinus mandshurica,Morus mongolica,Euonymus maackii and Phellodendron amurense seedlings were studied.The results showed that drought stress significantly inhibited the morphological growth of F mandshurica and P amurense,and the content of MDA increased rapidly,but had little effect on the morphological growth and MDA content of M.mongolica and E.maackii.Under the influence of drought stress,the contents of proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein of M.mongolica and E.maackii were significantly increased compared with the control.But the soluble protein content of F mandshurica,and the proline and soluble sugar content of P amurense were decreased to some extent.The change trends of SOD,POD and CAT activities were not consistent.The drought resistance of four landscape plants was evaluated by subordinate function method,and the drought resistance was ranked as follows:M.mongolica>E.maackii>F.mandshurica>P.amurens.
