基于CFD方法的蒸汽过热器传热优化分析研究

摘要 在放射性有机废物蒸汽重整处理工艺中,蒸汽过热器用于提高进入流化床反应器内的蒸汽焓值,以维持反应所需的温度。本文针对原设计方案中蒸汽过热器出口温度不满足工艺要求的问题,采用在过热器内部增加换热及导流部件的方法,对过热器的传热特性进行了优化。通过CFD分析,优化后的蒸汽过热器传热特性有了较大改善,蒸汽出口温度达到了工艺条件要求。 In the steam reforming process of radioactive organic waste,the steam superheater is used to increase the enthalpy of the steam entering the fluidized bed reactor to maintain the required temperature of the reaction.In view of the problem that the outlet temperature of the steam superheater in the original design scheme does not meet the technical requirements,the heat transfer characteristics of the superheater are optimized by adding heat transfer and flow diversion parts inside the superheater.Through CFD analysis,the heat transfer characteristics of the steam superheater have been greatly improved after optimization,and the steam outlet temperature has reached the requirements of the process conditions.
