党的十九大提出乡村振兴战略,强调乡村振兴的关键在人才振兴。论文通过梳理目前农村存在的人力资源匮乏、组织资源不足、资金短缺、产业衰退等现状,提出引导社会人才下乡助力农村发展的对策:政府主导的第一书记下乡、大学生村官帮扶、高校领衔的技术人员支持、涉农企业家的资本注入、返乡大学生创业,最后提出社会人才下乡助力农村发展在未来应注意的问题,进而为实现乡村振兴提供支持。
