基于AHP的安徽农村物流最后一公里运输的影响因素及提升策略

摘要 本文在层次分析法(AHP)的基础上,结合安徽省物流最后一公里发展实际现状对安徽省农村物流发展的影响因素进行分析,得出每一层次的判断矩阵,并进行重要性排序,建立评价的数学模型,得出经济及科技因素、地域因素、人员因素、管理及体制因素四个影响要素对农村物流专业现代化发展影响力度的先后排序,同时根据总体权重排序得出制约安徽省农村物流最后一公里发展的主要影响因素,在排序的基础上提出农村物流最后一公里发展的改善建议,如更新安徽省农村农产品物流专业运输设备、引进完善农村物流管理体制与加快安徽省农村基础设施建设速度。 Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),combined with the actual situation of the last mile development of logistics in Anhui province, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the development of rural logistics in Anhui province, obtains the judgment matrix of each level, and sorts the importance, this paper establishes the mathematical model of evaluation, and obtains the order of the influence of economic and technological factors, regional factors, personnel factors, management and system factors on the modernization of rural logistics.At the same time, according to the overall weight order, it obtains the main influencing factors that restrict the development of the last kilometer of rural logistics in Anhui province.On the basis of the order, it puts forward some suggestions to improve the development of the last kilometer of rural logistics, such as updating the professional transportation equipment of rural agricultural products logistics in Anhui province, introducing and improving the rural logistics management system and speeding up the construction of rural infrastructure in Anhui province.
