乡村振兴战略背景下农村垃圾分类的困境及治理研究——基于徐州市沛县的实践调查

Study on the dilemma and management of rural garbage classification in the context of rural revitalization strategy——Practice investigation based on Peixian county Xuzhou city

随着乡村振兴战略的不断推进,农村地区的垃圾分类工作也在持续推进中。但工作开展的过程中遇到许多阻碍,需要居民与地方政府部门合力解决。因此立足于居民与村委会两方面,采取多元化的方式去解决立法方面的不足、垃圾处理方式不合理与村民意识度不强等问题。论文以徐州市沛县为例,总结出地方农村垃圾分类处理工作推进的诸多影响因素,并提出合理措施,将重重阻碍“一网打尽”。

With the continuous promotion of rural revitalization strategy,garbage classification in rural areas is also in progress.But in the process of advancing the work encountered many obstacles,need residents and local government departments to work together to solve.Therefore,based on the residents and village committee,we should take a diversified approach to solve the problems of legislative deficiencies,unreasonable disposal of garbage and low awareness of villagers.Taking Peixian county of Xuzhou city as an example,this investigation summarizes many influencing factors of the local rural garbage classification and treatment work,and puts forward reasonable measures,which will hinder“all in one net”.
