废弃家电数量逐年增多,使家电回收问题成为研究新课题。文章首先梳理当前有关废弃家电回收模式及EPR制度的研究文献,接着基于EPR制度比较分析当前回收模式的利弊,最后进行总结,提出每种回收模式适用的情景,帮助各类家电制造企业在后续废弃家电产品回收的过程中,减少回收再利用成本、提高回收再利用效率,实现规模经济效应,降低废弃家电产品对环境的不利影响。

The number of discarded household appliances has increased year by year,making the issue of household appliance recycling a new research topic.The article first sorts out the current literature research on the recycling model of discarded household appliances and the EPR system,then compares and analyzes the pros and cons of the current recycling model based on EPR,and finally summarizes and proposes the applicable scenarios of each recycling model to help the subsequent process of recycling waste home appliances reduce the cost of recycling and reuse,improve the efficiency of recycling and reuse,achieve economies of scale,and reduce the adverse impact of discarded household appliances on the environment.
