With the continuous development of China’s real estate industry,the rapid rise of housing prices,housing problems gradually evolved into one of the hot topics of people’s livelihood.In the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),it was clearly proposed to strengthen the social security system,adhere to the principle of“A house is for living in,not for invest-merit speculation”,and adopt a combination of policies aimed at providing housing for all people.How to promote the improvement of residents9 housing security system has become the focus of our research.
