摘要
创新作为经济发展的重要推动力,深刻影响着社会经济的变革,发展创新型经济正在成为促进地区经济增长的新思路。论文基于2010~2019年苏北5市面板数据,利用组合评价法对创新型经济发展水平进行测度,据此掌握苏北各市及区域整体创新型经济发展现状。在此基础上,选用Tobit模型进行回归分析,识别影响创新型经济的驱动因素。结果显示,人力资本、投资支出、高新技术企业数量、专利申请授权量对创新型经济起到促进作用。
As an important driving force of economic development,innovation has a profound impact on social and economic reform.Developing innovative economy is becoming a new way to promote regional economic growth.Based on the panel data of five cities in northern Jiangsu from 2010 to 2019,this paper measures the development level of innovation-oriented economy by using the combination evaluation method,so as to grasp the overall development status of innovation-oriented economy in all cities and regions in northern Jiangsu.On this basis,Tobit model is used for regression analysis to identify the driving factors affecting the innovative economy.The results show that human capital,investment expenditure,the number of high-tech enterprises and the number of patent applications play a role in promoting innovative economy.
