Personal information protection in e-commerce platform from the perspective of constitution

不论是在信息技术发展较早的西方国家还是我国,关于个人信息保护的问题总是引起人们的担忧。随着互联网的迅速发展,人们热衷于在电子商务平台进行消费的过程中,个人信息也面临着被泄露的风险,部分不良商家和平台利用网络信息技术收集整理并使用公民的个人信息从中获取利益,使得消费者的个人信息难以得到有效的保护。论文基于此背景探索了电商平台蓬勃发展中公民个人信息法律保护存在的问题及相关完善措施。

People are always worried about the protection of personal information, whether in the western countries or in China where information technology developed earlier.With the rapid development, people are keen to consume on the e-commerce platform, and personal information is also facing the risk of leakage.Some bad businesses and platforms use network information technology to collect and use citizens’ personal information to obtain benefits, which makes it difficult for consumers’ personal information to be effectively protected.Based on this background, this paper explores the existing problems and relevant improvement measures of the legal protection of citizens’ personal information in the vigorous development of e-commerce platform from the perspective of constitution.
