下肢空气压力泵对妊娠期高血压患者静脉血栓栓塞性疾病的预防效果分析

The preventive effect of lower extremity air pressure pump on venous thromboembolic diseas⁃es in patients with hypertension during pregnancy

目的:探讨下肢空气压力泵对妊娠期高血压患者静脉血栓栓塞性疾病的预防效果。方法:回顾性分析河北省邢台市第三医院2018年12月至2019年12月医院收治的妊娠期高血压患者200例,其中92例给予常规预防方法(A组);余108例在常规预防方法的基础上联合下肢空气压力泵治疗(B组),持续治疗2周。对比两组患者治疗前后的凝血相关指标水平,下肢股静脉血流平均速度、峰值速度,静脉血栓栓塞性疾病发生率。结果:治疗后两组凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分活化凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)水平明显上升(P<0.05),纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平明显下降(P<0.05),治疗后两组凝血指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组下肢股静脉血流平均速度、峰值速度均明显上升(P<0.05),且B组治疗后下肢股静脉血流速度、峰值速度明显高于A组(P<0.05);B组静脉血栓栓塞性疾病发生率明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:下肢空气压力泵治疗能够提高下肢股静脉血流速度,降低静脉血栓栓塞性疾病的发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of lower extremity air pressure pump on the prevention of venous thromboembolic diseases in patients with hypertension during pregnancy.Methods:A total of 200 patients with hypertension during pregnancy in our hosptial from December 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.92 of them were given routine prevention and recorded as group A,and the remaining 108 patients were given lower extremity air pressure pump for 2 weeks based on routine prevention and recorded as group B.The blood coagulation-related index levels,the average velocity and peak velocity of femoral vein blood flow before and after treatment,and the incidence of venous thromboembolic diseases were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the prothrombin time(PT),partially activated prothrombin time(APTT),and thrombin time(TT)in the two groups increased,while the levels of fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in coagulation index level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the average velocity and peak velocity of femoral vein blood flow in both groups were increased,and these changes were more significant in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of venous thromboembolic diseases in group B was remarkably lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lower extremity air pressure pump therapy can increase the blood flow velocity of the femoral vein of the lower extremities and reduce the incidence of venous thromboembolic diseases.
