摘要
为探究网上平养和网上垫料养殖模式对黑羽番鸭血清生化指标、抗氧化指标及免疫相关指标的影响,选取14日龄黑羽番鸭360只,随机分为网上平养组和网上垫料组,每组180只,常规饲养至70日龄后采血进行检测,比较变化情况。结果表明:1)2种饲养模式各个血清生化指标差异均不显著(P>0.05);2)网上垫料组的T-AOC、CAT以及SOD水平显著高于网上平养组(P<0.05);而网上垫料组的MDA的水平则显著低于网上平养组(P<0.05);3)网上垫料组的Ig G和Ig M水平均差异高于网上垫料组(P<0.05),而网上垫料组的IL-2和IL-6则显著低于网上平养组(P<0.05)。由上可知,网上垫料养殖不会损害番鸭的机体健康,且一定程度有利于番鸭的抗氧化水平及免疫能力的提高,该养殖模式在番鸭健康养殖上是可行的。
To study the effects of two kinds of Muscovy duck rearing modes on serum biochemical index,anti-oxidation index,and immune-related indexes,our research select 36014-days-old black feather Muscovy ducks,divided into two groups randomly,180/group,collect and detect the blood after regular feeding to 70 days old,compared corresponding changes.Results showed:1)The difference of serum biochemical index was not significant in two kinds of rearing modes;2)The level of T-AOC,CAT and SOD in net rearing group was significantly higher than bedding rearing group;but the level of MDA in bedding rearing group was significantly lower than net rearing group;3)The level of IgG and IgM in bedding rearing group was significantly higher than net rearing group,while the level of IL-2 and IL-6 in bedding rearing group was significantly lower than net rearing group.In summary,bedding rearing modes will not injure Muscovy duck,while it's good for the improvements of the level of anti-oxidation and immunity to a certain extent,implied bedding rearing modes was feasible in healthy rearing of Muscovy ducks.
