江西省国土开发强度动态演化特征

Dynamic Evolution Characteristics of Land Development Intensityin Jiangxi Province

合理控制国土开发强度,是优化人类生活环境、提高城市土地利用效率以及实现经济可持续发展的关键所在。以区域内建设用地面积占区域总面积的比例为国土开发强度的表征指标,运用变化率指数、类型区划、空间自相关分析方法,探讨了2006—2017年江西省国土开发强度的变化特征。结果表明:1)江西省各县(市、区)国土开发强度总体呈上升趋势,但增长速度总体呈下降趋势;2)江西省国土开发强度分布存在明显的空间分异,开发强度总体上表现出北高南低的态势;3)江西省国土开发强度在空间上呈聚集分布,但集聚程度越来越低,国土开发均衡发展的趋势日益明显,同时,国土开发总体格局并没有发生剧烈的变迁。

Controlling development intensity of land rationally is the key to optimize human living environment,improve urban land use efficiency and realize sustainable economic development.Taking the proportion of construction land in the total area of a region as the index of land development intensity,the variation characteristics of land development intensity in Jiangxi province from 2006 to 2017 were discussed by using the method of rate of change index,type zoning and spatial autocorrelation analysis.The results show that:1)The land development intensity in all counties(cities and districts)of Jiangxi province is on the whole increasing,but the growth rate is on the whole decreasing;2)There are obvious spatial differences in the distribution of land development intensity in Jiangxi province,and the development intensity generally shows a trend of higher in the north and lower in the south;3)The intensity of land development in Jiangxi province is concentrated and distributed in space,but the degree of agglomeration is becoming lower and lower,and the trend of balanced development of land development is increasingly obvious.At the same time,the overall pattern of land development has not undergone drastic changes.
