Overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine Education in Singapore

近年来新加坡中医药事业取得了长足发展。从新加坡中医管理部门及法规、中医师注册条件、中医学术团体机构、中医学历教育和中医继续教育等方面介绍了新加坡中医药发展现状。随着新加坡中医药事业从立法规范到管理制度方面逐渐完善,从学历教育到继续教育形成了全面的人才培养体系,中医药学术团体及学术交流不断发展,新加坡中医药的发展前景会变得更加广阔。加强中新两国中医药文化交流可以更好地促进中医药事业向海外扩展,推广中国传统文化。

In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has made great progress in Singapore.This paper introduces the development status of Singapore′s TCM from the aspects of Singapore′s TCM management department and regulations,registration requirements for TCM practitioners,TCM academic organizations,TCM education and TCM continuing education.With the gradual improvement of Singapore′s TCM from legislative norms to management systems,a comprehensive talent training system has been formed from academic education to continuing education,and the continuous development of Chinese medicine academic groups and academic exchanges.The development prospects of Singapore TCM will become more broad.Strengthening the cultural exchanges of TCM between China and New Zealand can better promote the expansion of overseas TCM and promote traditional Chinese culture.
